NEW TAKE ON THE MENU - MORE REFINED!!

Would just like to thank Meatco for a lovely evening. My wife, two friends and myself experienced a lovely evening last Saturday. We had been twice before some time ago and there seems to be a new menu in the store which the waiter Sean confirmed. It seemed more polished, I ordered the welsh rarebit to start and it was decadent, cheesy and very stout like - yum! Table salads were filled to the brim with interesting ingredients and fresh baby lettuce etc which was good. For mains my wife ordered the sole and we couldn't believe the non pretentious fashion in which it was served, and the quality of the roasted vegetables it was served with were very good indeed. The only thing that really stayed the same was the superb aged beef - which the rest of us ordered, nice new look on the plates too.

Thank you meatco for a bit of value for a change.
