After what happed with the whole card issue i had at Tashas in Rosebank, i recieved a call from a gentleman by the name Perry in less than 24 hours of writting my complaint to apologise for what happened offered to make a 'meet and greet". arranged for Saturday of which i went there, unfortunately he was off sick and was warmly welcomed by a man by the name of Reece who made us (my partner and I) feel very welcomed apolpgised for what happened and advised we could sit and order what ever we desired at no cost to us. Would really extend my deepest gratitude for the manner in which they handled the matter and the service i recieved on saturday even got a carrot cake takeaway which i believe is the best thing that ever came in contact with my taste buds... tons of thanks. You have just scored yourselves a regular :-)
