Wanted mild and received something extremely hot

Visited the branch today, ordered two chicken wraps and two cappucinos. Wraps arrived quickly and were clearly marked as 'mild' but when we ate them they were extremely spicey and definitly not mild! Nearly finished wraps before cappucinos arrived. Service seemed to be on a bad attitude trip, dropped plates on the table without a word or so. Additional staff sitting around the eating area wearing their staff uniforms eating their home made lunches. Shouting accros the room to other staff to communicate. Manager no where to be seen. Will not be calling at a Nandos branch in future again! Dont need feedback, just want these issues adressed with the relevant departments, thanks.
