Food Delayed - Food standards appaling

I ordered pizzas at yesterday.. Chicken with avo, meaty feast and regina with extra cheese. I was informed by the lady at the till it would take btw 15-20min. I arrived 30-40min later only to be informed that the pizza's were going to take a bit longer as there was only 1 lady in the kitchen, 1 at the till and 1 delivery guy. She said sorry but she is the only one working. I already began to become annoyed as coming from a sales background, you do not pass the buck and tell me why the pizzas are taking so long, you tell me how you going to resolve it. I ended waiting 50min! I rushed to get home as my husband was waiting for the pizzas. When I got home, i opened all the boxes and was appaled by the state of my chicken and avo pizza. Secondly there was barely no ingredients on all the pizza's, its like they are trying to save money. I cannot explain to you without the pictures i took of the avo, but the avo was badly bruised or even old. there were no brown spots but pitch black which makes the avo as bitter as! its like the avo had be laying out since the day before, or the avo was old and vrot. I insist on a refund otherwise this will take this to head office.
