Chunk of ceramic matter in my cream cheese

Ordered smoke salmon scrambled egg breakfast.
Halfway through the meal I forked the cream cheese out of the tub and heard a "clang" on my plate.
Upon investigation it appeared to be a chipped off chunk of ceramic, from a plate/mug/similar.

While it could be Kauai's fault (in store breakage possibly) this could also possibly have been the fault of the cream cheese supplier.

Either way there is a clear quality control issue.

While the manager replaced the cream cheese and apologized; an apology which I accepted, I would still like the team to investigate the source of the ceramic/porcelain so as to assure customers that this won't happen again.
