Nandos
BAD SERVICE

Me and my husband eat Nandos at the Zambesi branch at least once a week. I have never seen such bad service in my life. Last week we stopped at the drive thru and waited for about 30 min, no one came to serve us and they definitely saw us standing there. When we parked and went in and asked them what was going on, they said nothing was wrong the drive thru and they just looked at one another laughing. 2 other people that were behind us in the drive thru just drove off. Last night I was phoning the same nandos to place an order. I phoned three times in a row and no one picked up the phone. When we eventually got there and I asked them what was wrong with there phone the lady behind the counter told me nothing and she heard the phone ringing but the person that was phoning eventually hang up.
Off course I had to hang-up no one was answering the phone!!!
