No feedback after 4 months

I had a complaint about bad service on March the 26th. Had a reply on April 13th which said they will look into my compailnt and come back to me soon. I suppose soon means after a year or not al all. This is bad for such a big company especially in that location. YOou would expect them to be considerate and attend to customers queries.
