Amazing service recieve at all Branches

I have been a customer at Mo-zam-bik for quite some time. I love their food and enjoy the vibrant and friendly vibe of the restaurant itself.
A few months ago I encountered an unsatisfactory time at the restaurant and when I approached the managers to make them aware of this they apologised profusely and made it up to me by treating me to an outstanding night wined and dined to perfection.

I understand how life can get hectic and service will not always be 100% every night, but the way Mo-zam-bik handled this situation was well above par. They corrected their mistake and took responsibility as well as made an effort to make it up to the customer.

This is what I call 5star service.
