Would you like some live Cockroaches as a side?

We went to Melville Nandos on Saturday night (27/07/2013) and had quite possibly the most DISGUSTING experience! After only one bite of my food, I noticed 3 of Joburgs finest cockroaches approach my plate from the wall I was sitting against. After a few minutes, their brethren came to join them :/ We immediately called the manager, Richard, who proceeded to say all he would give us is a refund on our meal. He was completely disinterested at the fact that there were cockroaches roaming around his branch and was not even deterred in the slightest about his job. What sort of compensation is this? I'm sorry, but in my opinion, a refund for such an experience just does not cut it. Others have previously said when they have had bad experiences with Nandos, they received free meals and plenty of sympathy from the managers. Apparently having cockroaches next to your chicken livers is only worthy of the R40-00 you paid for them.
