After a long day of fasting, we (a family of 7) stood second in line for an hour only to watch other families being seated. After asking for a reasonable explanation, it was evident that the manager had more important matters to deal with than listen to us as, THE CUSTOMER!! Acknowledging our frustration or showing even a little empathy would've been ample... But clearly, that's not a priority!!
