Poor service

I bought 3burgers n 4 small fries at 17:02 n they provided me with a beeper whilst I waited for it to beep for 30minutes only to find out my order was ready and yet I was never called yet I was sitting next to the till when stood up to enquire abigail was unremorseful n just handed me my cold order. Her reason was maybe it doesn't work when she really ignored my order n other peoples orders. This is disappointing.
