"24 Hour" Mcdonlads CLOSED!!!

I work from home and usually I end up working trough the night. Today I got very hungry and thought it would be convenient to go to my local Mcdonalds (Wilgeheuwel, opposite Lifestyle Crossing) at 3am and grab a couple of burgers. To my surprise when I arrived at the drive through the assistant told me they were "off line"! How can you claim you provide 24 hour service then tell your customer that you off line?!!! Pathetic service. She then told me I must go to the Hillfox branch. I got a bit upset and drove home to cook food! This is total mismanagement and laziness in my opinion! Typical SA service = NO SERVICE! Thanks Mcdonalds, wasted my time and petrol driving to your useless Wilgeheuwel branch.
