Sworn at and thrown out physicaly

We went for dinner at Spur Sacramento we were served well, until the Waiter Bonolo said we wasted his time because he was not satisfied with the TIP we offered him (that we did not have to give). We ask for his supervise mpho, she comes with a stinking attitude and says Bonolo does not have to take the tip because we wasted his time he must just leave us and go mop the floors. When we were finishing our drinks they came to chase us out because "they wanted to go and sleep and we were just wasting their time as Spur does not need our money said mpho. now the whole night shift staff came shouting at us by the smoking area and David another waiter came and swore at a colleague of mine i was with and said YOU i want to go sleep and he pulled and dragged her out of the restaurant. the supervisor did not do anything still but said you can take it to court if you want we do not care. my rights and values were violated as i felt that the supervisor could have spoken to her staff and tried to give us good service instead she sided with the rude waiters and was rude herself. Now if they knew it was time to close why did they serve us only to throw us out before we were done?
