Poor service, poor food... service fee charged

POOR SERVICE

The waiter gave an illusion as if he was'slow'. Waited long for service. Asked if there is an wine list, he answered yes and just stared at us until we asked after a few minutes can you bring us one. He brought us a wine list and immediately asked what we wanted to drink... obviously we needed few minutes to decide what we want to drink to be frank.

POOR FOOD

The sauce of the mussels of the winter special tasted like a poor home made tomato sauce.
We also ordered 4 stellenbosch combo burgers. It was lekker but third of the meat consisted of senew that wasn't edible.

SERVICE FEE

We were a group of 5 people. When we calculated each persons total, we noticed that there were already service fee included in the total which was R59.42.

It states clearly on the invoice 'A discretional gratuity of 10% will be added for groups of 8 or more.'

This was a really bad experience.
