Shocking service and no replies to emails!

We had our daughter's 4th Birthday party at Munch cafe and had a few things that we were not happy аbout:
1. 10min before the party was to begin, there were no decorations or tables set. Our guests started arriving to a dead and open space. We were given the excuse they were extremely busy.
2.Cappucino's were served in takeway cups and 1 waitress was assigned for almost 40 people. She was extremely rude
3. Decor was ridiculous- not worth the money paid. There were deflated balloons hanging from the day before party.
4.Party packs had a couple of sweets and juice for R35 each? shocking!!
5. Had to wait for almost 15min to get candles, crockery and cake knife while everyone was standing around to sing happy birthday.
I emailed the owner my complaints A WEEK AGO- and no response at all explaining any of the above!!
