Disappointing service at Rhapsody's Bryanston

Not sure why Rhapsody's Bryanston feels the need to impose a R150 pp penalty if certain individuals don't arrive for a booking. Their reasoning is due to the fact that they're so busy... so wouldn't additional available seats be taken up by walk in customers???

This already had my back up when a group of us went for dinner last week. Then our extremely disinterested waitress messed up my order... TWICE!!! And had the nerve to argue with me. For an 'upmarket' establishment who feels the need to impose penalties, you really need to up your game, or you will start losing patrons.
