Debonairs Pizza
Pathetic... Just PATHETIC!!!

So we place an order at roughly 6pm, and continued to wait over an hour until we called in and were "politely" told that "it has left". 10 Minutes later, our security calls us to inform us that Debonairs were finally here, so we let them in. This person (I have to be polite here), drove around our little complex for 20 minutes before using his brain to phone me.
When he arrived, the dots were black, and he could see that I was not in the best of moods so he basically did a "drop and run" - not giving me time to object to the nasty black dot. Again, we called the store and spoke to the manager, expressing how bitterly disappointed we were, and again we were told that unless the driver tells her that the dot was black there is nothing she can do. The bottom of the boxes were soaking wet, as were the tissues, and the cheese had turned hard - this was not a very good experience at all, and we will definitely NOT be ordering from Debonairs again, no matter how the craving hits us. Before you phone me, know this, I want my money back and will not accept anything less (and yes this includes the tip we paid by credit card).
