Pathetic service delivery

I have visited the above branch and got the worst ever service from the person serving at the drive thru. Firstly she is the most incompetent individual who should never do a customer service job she will do damage to anyones business and i hope she gets fired with a bad reference given tje fact the her managemnt gets poor feedbaxk from her all the time. She serves at the drive thru but the window as well as the trellidore is close when u ask her why she doesnt open it she says its cold and starts swearing and scolding customers.where do u find that in ta business enviroment like kfc.i waisted 20 minutes of my time. To top it all when i asked to see the manager said shes busy with money and dont have time to see you
