Why must there only be one person in the morning?

Hi, why is it that everytime i go get coffe there's a long queue and only one person in the morning at the till? then that one person still has to go and make puit together the food for us? this wastes time and its inconvienent! Please get more people, we cannot wait 15mins and more for coffee and a sandwhich
