Worst Servise ever from Debonairs

I order take away from Dabonairs Elspark though it is only 1km away from me, the lady says it will be Max 45min for my 3small pizzas and 1Large pizza to my shock an hour later i phone to ask where is my pizza she says i must be patient they just got 1 driver so i said it not acceptable for she never told me, i also remind her to bring change for R200 about min later delivery guy brings me cold pizza and no change and said he will bring it more than 3hours later he brings my change. common how much bad service in 1day can you get from 1place, IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
