Too slow to attend customers

I was very disappointed on witnessing such horrible service at FKC Delmas on Monday 01 July 2013 with my colleague, workers are too slow to serve and they too busy talking to each other and their friends while serving the customers. The person who look like to be in a supervisory position is busy going in and out of the store with ladies in his white car, I nearly spend almost an hour to be attended. The worse case scenario they've got "I don't care attitude". The fridges are empty, no ice cream... a total disaster.
