Bad service and attitude

We visited the Newcastle Nandos on Sunday for lunch, and being regular customers was quiet disgusted with the service that was received. The waitress was behaving as though she was half dead and by the time our meal reached us it was extremmelly cold and tasted horrible. Can not believe how bad this was?
