Can this KFC ever make a milkshake?

This is the 5th time that I am visiting this KFC and again they cannot make any Mikshakes? Just don't understand how this branch can always have a michine that doent work. Milkshakes and Ice Cream. Can someone from Head Office help them to Fix the michine? It's so Frustrating to drive all the way from Midstream Estate in Brakfontein, getting the kids all excited for KFC Milkshakes and then to drive all the way back home with nothing other than crying kids. If I had more tome I would love to meet the manager and find out what he is doing to resolve this issue?
