Doesn't answer phones "because we are busy"

We wanted to order the new double crust promo pizza after seeing the ad on tv (mission accomplished regarding advertising the promo) and after letting the phone ring for minutes decided to leave it as their might be something wrong with the telephone lines. We tried again this evening and we got the same result - a ringing phone with no answer. We drove to the shop just to hear from the cashier that they're not answering the phone because their busy... I will never visit Debonairs Brits again. With this service they will soon have enough time to answer every phone call as there wont be any customers to give service to.
