KFC Bothasig consistently out of stock

Hi there,

The KFC branch located in Bothasig, Cape Town is just completely horrific. I am consistently let down as they are always out of stock. July 2012 I requested for pops (no stock) August I requested for a street wise 2 and THEY DID NOT HAVE CHICKEN! I vowed not to go back there again. Unfortunately my little sister loves KFC so she wanted her favorite tower meal (this was 3rd of Jan) we stood in the drive-thru line for 40mins until 3 cars behind us decided to reverse out and abandon their orders. This is just completely unacceptable!!! Last week (jan 16th 2012) I attempted to back to the store as I complained via direct mail to KFC head office and on the Facebook page, this time wanting some coffee, so I enter the branch, dodge the homeless people appressing me for food, to order a coffee, and OBVIOUSLY they did not have coffee, then requested an ice cream and guess what?? Ice cream machine is down on a blistering hot day at 1pm.

I mean, I do not know who managers this place and I cannot imagine how many other complains this horrible branch gets but is obviously not enough as NOTHING IS GETTING DONE!!!
