Poor Service, Stale Food and Hygiene

Just after 03am on the 11/06/13 stopped for a meal for 4 people. staff working in thick jackets with hood pulled right over their heads. Food was served as takeaways even though sit-down was ordered. In the cold weather had to drink ice cold cremechino drinks. The chips that were served with our chicken fillet and cheese burgers were stinking of stale oil and had oil oozing out of it. When we wanted to complain the lady who served us refused to come to the table and sent the griller to our table, When I saw how unhygienic that one looked I so totally lost my appetite. How can u eat from someone that looks like they slept in the clothes that they are wearing cooking your meal. We were blatantly informed that the oil was indeed old, but it was the dayshift staff's fault for not replacing the old oil. I thought that was a classic! Blaming someone from yesterday's dayshift for the you are trying to feed me today. We were eventually refunded for our chips only and the highlight of the encounter was that not one person of the 3 (a petrol attendant as well) who eventually surrounded our table even bothered to offer an apology. Frequent day-time patron via casino, but never again! Yag
