BAD FOOD

I placed an order for an Avo and bacon sandwich. I was disappointed as I have often ordered this and I have always had great service and good food. This time the service from the waiter has still great but the food was shocking, I requested crispy bacon which came back not crispy. I then got the new plate with crispy bacon and bit into the sandwich and got a shock trying to chew a block of avo. The avo was not rip and as hard as leather. I was disappointed. They took it back and offered me a new plate, which I refused.
