I was at Kfc GP on 31/05/2013 and was held up for 20 mins before actually being served even though just 1 person was ahead of me in the queue. When i eventually got served i was told that the cold drink dispenser doesn't work and that i must pay an additional R7 for a 500ml cold drink. The cashier took my order for a meal then told me about the machine. I asked to speak to a manager who the cashier called but I'm still waiting on the manager to arrive.

I couldnt even have my food when i got back to work because i had exceeded my tea time.
I sent 2 mails from KFC's website to complain and haven't received feedback to date. I then sent a mail from My work email so that i can save the history. I sent my complaint to [Email Removed] 1st mail was sent 31/05/2013, 2nd on 04/06/2013 and 3rd mail on 11/06/2013.

This treatment clearly shows me that i am not important to KFC and I'm just disgusted with the fact that they didn't even respond to my complaint.
