Hot or Not!

Ordering a fully loaded and a zinger box.
No coffee instead of the coldrink, even if i pay up, there is no option on the PC.
Then got home opened the box the zinger chic burger has a plain chic "patty" on with hot mayo, and the plain burger has the opposite on. Please tel me why after asking for coffee i get the incorrect food.
Not happy!
