BAD ATTITUDE BY A MANAGER AND STAFF

I bought food and forgot my Platinum Cheque Card there. When I went there in the morning, they let me stay outside in the cold. The manager talked with me in a disrespecting manner and it was his facial expression that me off. I'm a doctor by qualifications and work. About 23 minutes later, one guy tells me that they don't have my card and the manager doesn't come back to me. I will be glad to put posters in my area and nearby the store to let people know how bad is the management of this GALITOS store in Andries Street, Pretoria.

Another thing is that, the staff doesn't listen very carefully. You make an order of more than 6 items, one of those will not be delivered the way you requested. If you want to enjoy GALITOS and get a good service in Pretoria, go to Sunnyside or Arcadia and stay away from this one on Andries Street (Thabo Sehume).
