Sharebox, made family sick at least 3 times

Hi there.
Im concerned about the fact that my family have been sick at least 3 times from eating the Sharebox from McDonalds.
Is it possible that they are doing something wrong?
As all 3 times we sat and ate in the restaurant, so the food should be "fresh"?
