Wimpy
Terrible service on several occasions

We have now on 3 seperate occasions gone to the Wimpy in highland mews and have had terrible service there. Not only did we have to strugle to find a waiter, but when we finally got one, she was unfriendly. After ordering and waiting for 30 minutes, we still did not even receive our drinks. This is horribly unacceptable and the previous two occasions have been similar. It is my fault too for giving them three chances, but not anymore. We use to always go there for breakfast on many occasions, however in the last year or so they can easily win an award for worst restaurant in the world! This is unacceptable. When we complained to the manager (she said she was the manager on duty, but had an assistant manager tag on) she did not even try to explain or defend or opologise. She merely said okay and after some debate said she would talk to the waitress. The problem here is bigger than one waiters and I think they should know it.
