EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

I went to KFC in Dobsonville on 26/05/2013.I was given a horrible service by Anikie, I was buying two ice creams, Anikie held the cone with he hands, the cone wasn't covered with a serviette or the cone wrapper that the franchise uses when serving the consumers. I therefore asked her why is she touching the cone with her hands and she responded by saying what is she supposed to do because the wrappers were far from her reach, I wasnt in a hurry, all i needed was good service, I told her it is unhygienic and I dont want the ice cream anymore, she must give me another one served in a proper way, but still she did'nt do as i humbly requested instead I was shocked when she called me STUPID. I was accompanied by my partner and he heard the words coming from her mouth, I then requested to speak to a manager a lady by the name of Thandeka came to apologies on her behalf and she called her to apologies as well, instead what i got was more arguments. I myself deals with clients daily and i will never give such horrible service, I am so angry and still shocked of being told that im STUPID, i will appreciate if this matter can be attended to urgently, and Anikie should be FIRED
