Good day

On two occasions have I made the effort to go and redeem my Groupon vouchers at Subway Laico Isle in Sandton.

Both of these times I drove from Fourways where I reside.

On the stores door they claim they are open Mon - Sun from 07:30 to 19:00. False Advertising...

I have been there on Sunday 19 May at 16:00 and the second time on Saturday 25 May at 11:30 and both these times they were closed.

I have phoned the Subway customer service line and every time I'm only getting an automated message asking me to leave my details and they will contact me back. It's been 4 days since, and I haven't heard a thing from them.

Experiences like these will change the customers mind about a place never purchase any goods from a business again.
