Bad attitude and terrible service

It has been the second time in a row that I have been to the Red Ruth branch, where I refuse to tip due to bad service.

Waiters are unattentive and uninterested. One even looked at the tv while taking our order. We never have an assigned waiter, where we need to communicate the whole time what we already ordered. They even got our drink order completely wrong.

I'm reluctant to go back, even when I am a big fan of the franchise.
Please sort this out asap, because it is terrible service for a good establishment.
