Pointing fingers to staff front of house

On wednesday 15 may i visited the eastgate branch of mugg and bean for a second time where i was greeted by a host of friendly waiters at around 9 oclock where i sat by a couch right at the back i was greeted by a friendly waitress... for the life of me i could not remember her name she was friendly and took my order

thabo my waiter to be brought my order in a friendly quick efficient manner... he did not inform me of the cakes or any specials running (as a former manager of mugg and bean my waiters were drilled to inform customers of this)

my business partner and i were discussing some serious business whereby out of my peripheral i could see the manager pointing to someone in the bakery with her finger almost in the persons face in a very rude and stern manner... my personal opinion is that such behaviour should not occur in front of an establishment such as yours as what i witnessed on the above mentioned date

im was disgruntled by this behaviour and due to my business partners subtle manner she spared renee of a bad tongue lashing but i need to lift my concern as im not happy at all
