A huge congrats to Steers Head office for handling my complaint - Catherine you were polite and very helpful and I appreciate all you help - but sadly I never heard from the owner of the Steers where I received both bad food and bad service. Very disappointed in your companies value system and following up with disgruntled clients. Very sad and upsetting to think that this complaint has not been settled for nearly a month now.
Thumbs down in a very big way and I hope no one in future receives such terrible service!!!
