Waiting 2 Hours For a Pizza!

I ordered a Pizza 13h15 Today to be delivered at work, I asked the lady to confirm my address and ordered with them before. They said they cant give back my money and cant cancel my order, and I am not even at work anymore! It is now 15:25! They said sorry they will quickly make a pizza and deliver it. But I am not waiting another minute for a pizza, I'm already on my way home!

That store is incompetent, they don't know how to use a credit card and if I repeat an order I dont get an Excuse me, they say WHAT??

I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED!!!
