Zara answers e mail but then ignores me again!

Finally after putting Karma Kooking complaint on Hello Peter - I got a response with apologies and lots of excuses. I was sent a list of available dates and I have tried to book one. Once again there is no reply to my e mails and the mail box is full. How this business survives I do not know!!
