Refusing to take my order * 2 *

After the first time i made a complaint about barchelos not taking my order.
i was then called by an area manager (Michael) who insured me this will never happen again and offered me a free meal.
i was impressed by this but i still insisted to give me a reason why this happened and who gave these orders to the sales lady . i was then told (i actually felt insulted and offended because my intelligence was insulted) they where out off stock and did not have thighs.
one week later i told one of my business friends we should go to barchelos i was offered a free meal. i wanted to go back to Barchelos Zambesi because i will now get what i ordered (as i was told " they where out of stock " and this is a week later).
To my surprise i was told again i can not order two quarter chickens with drum and thighs . without get mad i asked the sales lady why is this. She then explained to me Alice her manager told her it is not allowed in the shop the give more than one drum and thigh to customers, and if they want two quarter chicken they, us order half a chick.
i called Michael, reported this to him and he said can not do anything about it and i never heard from him again.
