Sour food, whats the point of ordering early?

My husband is a huge fan of the Ole Jose starter. On satruday everning we decided to visit rosebak for a movie and we love the Ole Jose and normally order 2 starters and have it as mains

We called in on our way there and asked that they keep it ready (drinks order aswell) as we wanted to make it intime for our movie.

When we got there, the stuff was not ready, we had to give in the drinks order again.. we waited a good 15mins before we got food which was the normal waiting period that we wanted to avoid. If thats not annoying enough, the Ole Jose was sour and not spicy like it usually is... Such a put off, we didnt eat much of it, and left...

The lady that we placed the order with, jackie asked y were leaving so early and we explained that the food wasnt nice. She said she would call me with vouchers which i still didnt recieve.
