Pathetic service

I stay 25 km away from KFC Belhar, on my way home I bought Family Treat 10 piece and a extra Streetwise Two.
I got home only to find my Streetwise Two not packed. Called the store to complain, Yolanda was to busy and when speaking to Nikki, her response come back to the store and you can get the meal.
Forgetting I stay 25km away, when I said to her I have to drive out my fuel for your mistake.
I classic response to me quote, " agtog". They stuff up, yet they the ones with the attitude. I ask her for the manager, again the manager is not on duty, knowing full well that she was the duty manager.

I found her response absolutely appalling, lacked any knowledge of customer service. It stinks.

I have to assume that this is how they address bad service or is it a case of because they deal with a certain clientele, this reflects in the attitude.
