Poor customer service

This morning and every other morning i went to kfc randburg to buy breakfast and there is promition running stating that buy any breakfast and get a mug free, and when i get to the till the cashier tells me that no it was a printing error its only the muffin special that u get a mug, on top of that the coffe machine is not working, so u need to buy the tea for 8.90? moudy has such a bad attitude and really that kfc 's service is so bad u would swear that 70 year olds work there, they just dont have a sense of urgency, all they do is laugh and talk to each other as if the customers are not there, on top of that patrick just looks @ us as if we are crazy, please call these people in order, reallly u cant give such bad service on top of that is false advertising??
