Promotion Not Avaliable as Promoted

Today Debonairs pizza has a promotion that stated anyons ordering online using Internet Explorer 10 would get R100 off their order. I jumped at the change to order and registered on their site and selected my order. When you put in the voucher as stated on their website, it says "all the vouchers have already been redeemed". Nowhere does it say that it is avaliable for the first 100 orders or anything similar. I asked a few friends to try aswell and all got the same reply. How bad is this for advertising to lure people onto their site with promotions and then it is not valid. Does this even exist, is there actually 1 person that got R100 off their order?
I would definitly not fall for their tricks and stories again, as this was the 2nd time. This is false advertising at it's best.
