No Colddrink and a complete order mixup

On the 05/05 we decided to stop over at Mc Donalds to grab some lunch, we placed our order, and much to our displeasure had to find out that there was absolutely NO coldrinks! how on earth does that happen, so they offer us a choice between milkshakes and orange juice! (what a vast variety!) i suffer from a sever dairy allergy and therefore cannot eat or drink anything with dairy products in them, so when i ordered my No5 i distinctly asked that they ensure there is NO CHEESE! yet as soon as we get home and i open my burgers, lone and behold there is cheese on all of them! and what really grates my biscuits is that they even placed the sticker on the burgers, as well as a grill note that clearly said NO CHEESE! so now after forking out the money for an entire meal, all i am left with to eat is a measly box of soggy chips! when we called the manager all he said was, well come in again and we will fix it, so now WE they unhappy clients need to drive all the way back into town (the petrol alone is more than the burgers!) so they can swop it out! when they should have opened their ears and listened the first time. Whats worse is this is not the first time its happened!
