Nandos
Paying for goods and then not receiving them

This afternoon I went for lunch at Nandos at the San Ridge mall in Midrand,

I ordered a wrap meal and asked for cheese extra. the lady behind the counter said it will be R6.00 extra, I told her that's fine.

when I got back to work, I opened my pita and found that their was not any cheese on it. so I paid for something and then did not receive it. and it was something I really wanted!

How can this be good service? If I pay for something, I want to receive it!!!
