Ham in a Vegetarian Meal

On Saturday 27 April 2013 my family and I went to Piatto in Sunninghill Chilli Lane. My father who is vegetarian since birth was given an alfredo pasta that contained ham which he ate!

When I asked to speak to the manager Fortune he blatantly did not apologise and was trying everything in his power to justify the mistake. I then asked for the waiter Thuba so that we could rectify the error and nor the manager nor the waiter returned to our table to explain what was going on.

I subsequently had to go back into the restuarant to look for them. I do agree that these mistakes can happen but when they do apologise and do everything in your power to make ammends rather then justify what the cause of the error was.
