NO SERVICE BUT ON ITC!!! 1

I am so sick and tired of calling these people telling them I no longer use their card, they send me from peter to post and tell me I owe.

I went to check my ITC and to find out that they are listed on my acc for 200rand... I do not agree with this as I have cancelled this card long ago, this is 3years back when after opening this account I closed immeditedly as it was lost, I have never, even once usd this card!! 1

I just want my record straight, whoever is dealing with this (since there is no specific devision), I want it cleared and will not pay for something I never used.

SO MUCH FOR AN ATTEMP TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT!!!
