Canceling my Insurance

I have tried to cancel my King Prince insurance THREE times in the last 7 days.

1st time (Ret00012358) spoken to Roelien, she said there was problems with the systems, and she would call me back in a couple of minutes. NO CALL.

2nd time (Ret00012759), NO CALL BACK

3rd time (Ret00013170), the call centre agent could see on my profile that a follow up needs to be made, he also said that he is going to walk up to Roelien and ask her to call me back, again NO CALL.

I'm glad that I am leaving King Price, if this is the response I get from them, I wonder how it would be if I had to call in for a claim!!!
