Sanlam
Retrenched with no work but must still pay!

My mom was retrenched and to date she has not found a job! Sanlam insists that she must still pay the loans. Firstly i have had debt with African bank and others and they have settled my accounts due to the fact that i am 51 and in difficult times i cannot find a job?? What proof does Sanlam require? Do you want her application forms for a the jobs she has been applying for? Now you will be deducting money from her account when there is no available funds
